Jürgen is a founding member of the Global Resiliency Network, a consortium of consultants, coaches and facilitators worldwide dedicated to expanding the understanding and practice of resiliency at all organizational levels. He is also principal of Jürgen-Beyer-Consulting, www.jbeyer-consulting.de. 30 years of management and leadership experience on a national and international level formed his character. Now a seasoned management consultant, coach and trainer he specializes in the design and implementation of organizational change processes. Jürgen partners with large German and international companies and leads them in finding their way in a world of ambiguity and constant change. He serves both the executive team as well as other leadership levels necessary to affect systemic organizational change. His approach spans from addressing cultural integration challenges to individual leadership transformation.
Prior to 1998 Mr. Beyer worked for one of Germany's leading consulting companies, Baumgartner & Partner. As a senior partner he was responsible for worldwide change management and TQM business in a joint venture with ODI, an international change management firm. Earlier in his career he served as HR manager for two large German corporations, the Friedrich-Ebert-Foundation in Argentina and as officer in the German Air Force for 13 years.

Education:
Jürgen received a degree in pedagogy and psychology (Diplom-Pädagoge) at the German Armed Forces University in Hamburg specializing in adult education.
Personal Information
Jürgen lives with his wife, a psycho-therapist, near Bonn, Germany. His adult daughter is a police officer. He enjoys sailing, walking with his dog and exploring new fields of learning, especially shamanic arts. He is fluent in German and English, and with some preparation, in Spanish.
