Bio: Gabriele M. Ganswindt

Gabriele Ganswindt is founder of the Global Resiliency Network (GRN), a consortium of consultants, coaches and facilitators worldwide dedicated to expanding the understanding and practice of resiliency at all levels of an organization. Resiliency is defined as the capacity to ‘survive and thrive amidst change, challenge and adversity without exhibiting dysfunctional behavior’. Gabriele has worked as a leadership coach, facilitator and choreographer of organizational transformation for over 20 years. As a German native she partners with leaders of both European and US corporations and often with newly merged business teams. Also, in 1995 she founded Shared Learning International (www.sharedlearningint.com) an international consulting network focused on strengthening life-affirming leadership around the globe. Prior to 1995 Gabriele was director of the leadership practice at ODI, an international change management firm. Her ideal client engagements combine executive coaching, team learning and large systems transformation.

Education:
Gabriele received a Diplom-Psychology degree from the University of Trier (Germany) and pursued a German Government awarded postgraduate fellowship at Harvard University in organizational psychology. Personal Information
