Horst Haller is founder of Horst Haller Consulting, a management consulting firm focusing on organizational and leadership development and on the search and selection of top management candidates. He gained and in depth understanding of the complexities in managing change projects through numerous projects involving organizational process and structural renewal. In his work he concentrates on facilitating organizational change and fostering sustainability and longevity in corporations. After 20 years of management experience he combines organizational and business skills with the ability to integrate and generate enthusiasm for desired change. He works with his clients at all levels of the organization. His interventions include workshops, training and coaching and he is often involved in major change initiatives from beginning to end.

After finishing his graduate education Horst started his career in the functional areas of logistics, materials management and controlling. Equipped with this operational experience he took the chance to design and implement supportive IT-systems. After ten years in the IT-field he expanded his operational know how into production and sales roles. Before founding his own firm he was a senior consultant and member of the board of Baumgartner & Partner, one of Germany´s leading consulting firms.

Education:
Horst holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Mannheim with specializations in marketing, industrial management, organizational psychology and dynamic systems science. Post-graduate qualifications include an education in systemic counseling and coaching from the Institute for Systemic Counseling in Wiesloch, Germany, and his qualification as an EFQM-Auditor.

Personal Information
Horst lives with his wife near Stuttgart, Germany. He enjoys riding, jazz and photography. He is fluent in German and English.
