Kirsten is co-author of The Mentor Model (for designing mentoring programs) and the Mentor Survey, the first large e-survey developed to evaluate corporate mentoring programs. The research findings from this work was presented first at the EMCC – European Mentoring and Coaching Council – in England in November 2003 and in Canada at a large mentoring conference in Toronto March 2004. The research is now continuing in Sweden and Norway and will result in a book in Danish in 2005 and in English in 2006.
