Roger is a strategy consultant and workshop leader who works with organizations and their executives to help them understand industry dynamics and develop and implement resilient strategies. A native of New Zealand, Roger was a faculty member at several leading US universities including NYU and Columbia and is currently a program director at the London Business School. He spent ten years leading organizational change and uses this experience to help organizations develop the capabilities to anticipate future changes and to design strategies to make the most of their opportunities. His engagements often include executive workshops to build awareness of the strategic issues facing the organization and the capabilities required to be successful. This process allows the leadership team to proactively shape future strategies and build support for organizational development.
