Dr. Al Siebert to Keynote International EASNA Conference:
"Resiliency in the World of Work"

On May 14, 2004, Dr. Al Siebert will give the keynote address on "RESILIENCY: An Essential Skill in Non-Stop Change" at the 16th Annual international EASNA conference, at the Fairmont Château Laurier in Ottawa, Ontario.

EASNA, the Employee Assistance Society of North America, is an association of companies that manage Employee Assistance Programs.

"Resiliency in the World of Work" is the theme for this year's conference to launch EASNA's new proactive offering of resiliency workshops and materials to client organizations. This is a shift away from being reactive when employees in their client organizations request EAP help.
